A Florida Real Estate Platform Built on Relationships and Discipline
Arena Capital Holdings is an integrated real estate platform headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida. Across brokerage, investment, development, and property management, the platform operates with the discipline of a principal — because every entity within it owns, develops, or operates real estate directly. The result is a counterparty that thinks like an investor, executes like an operator, and works alongside capital partners with full alignment of interest.
